– Draw blood samples from patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations, ensuring safe and accurate specimen collection – Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures – Verify patient demographic information and ensure proper labeling of samples in patients' presence – Maintain detailed records and documentation of collected specimens and patient interactions – Create a professional, trustworthy environment while explaining procedures to patients to ease their experience – Adapt to various work environments, including patient service centers, healthcare offices, or other medical settings, based on demand – Ensure compliance with safety policies, confidentiality, and infection control standards – Travel to multiple locations as needed, maintaining punctuality and reliability in schedule adherence

– Proficiency in phlebotomy, with experience in pediatric, geriatric, and capillary blood collection methods – Strong attention to detail and commitment to error-free work in fast-paced environments – Ability to work independently with minimal supervision – Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, supervisors, and team members – Competence in data entry and documentation related to specimen collection – Reliable transportation and a valid driver license with a clean driving record

– High school diploma or equivalent required; medical assistant or paramedic training preferred – Phlebotomy certification is preferred, especially in California, Nevada, and Washington – 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric and geriatric collections – Prior experience working in a Patient Service Center environment is highly desirable – Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call shifts as needed – Ability to travel between multiple sites and demonstrate punctuality and accountability – Must comply with all policies and safety procedures, including dress code and infection control standards
