Gardener

We are seeking an experienced Gardener to join our team in Akron. As a Gardener you will be responsible for maintaining and beautifying our outdoor spaces by planting, pruning and caring for a variety of plants and flowers. This is a contract position that does not require previous experience or accommodation. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates. Key Responsibilities Planting, watering and fertilizing flowers, shrubs and trees Pruning and trimming plants to maintain their health and appearance Identifying and treating plant diseases or pests Maintaining garden tools and equipment Removing weeds and debris from gardens Designing and implementing new landscaping projects Providing recommendations for improving garden maintenance Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous experience in gardening or landscaping preferred Knowledge of plant care, pest control and landscaping techniques Ability to operate gardening equipment including mowers, trimmers and hand tools Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Our company values diversity in the workplace.
