Seeking a Registered Nurse for the Telemetry unit. The position involves working night shifts and may require floating to a sister facility. Candidates must interpret EKGs, have prior experience in a neuro post-surgical setting, and be able to work with a team of PCTs and other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

Provide care to patients with neuro post-surgical, post-craniotomy, spine, and CVA conditions
Interpret EKGs and monitor centralized telemetry
Collaborate with a hospitalist during day rounds and on-call support at night
Participate in floor-specific orientation for 2 days

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of recent nursing experience, within the past 6 months
COVID vaccine required, or an approved religious or medical exemption
Pass a dysrhythmia exam within 48 hours of receiving an offer, through RELIAS
Pass/Fail exam on day 1 of orientation, with a focus on sterile field
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
