If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a Financial Business Analyst to join our team in Helena, Montana (US-MT), United States (US).The successful candidate will work as part of a team providing accounting and financial business analysis for a state Medicaid Program and/or Health and Human Services agency. This person will work directly with the accounting and financial business users and the client to support the analysis, planning, design, implementation, and evaluation of key projects to help the client achieve organizational goals. Working under the direction of the project manager, this person will actively participate in the delivery of accounting and financial process reviews, analysis, and improvement associated deliverables. The candidate will provide knowledge pertaining to accounting and financial controls, processes, best practices, and state and federal standards for compliance. The candidate will assist the client to accomplish measurable business process improvements through accounting and financial improvement initiatives and cross-functional teams. Job Responsibilities Include:• Support accounting and financial documentation and process reviews• Analyze processes and procedures and make recommendations for improvements to process capabilities• Participate as a process improvement resource on larger Agency projects • Identify and report project issues and risks • Attend project and status meetings • Interface with client, vendor, and business users • Research and provide recommendations to the client on critical business decisions • Collaborate with other team members to provide subject matter expertise and assistance as applicable • Ensure that all project identified processes and methodologies are executed and followed as applicable Basic Qualifications:• Minimum 5 years’ experience in accounting and financial management and control procedures • Minimum 2 years’ experience in healthcare related accounting or finance• Ability to work independently and manage work to a defined schedule Preferred Skills:• Experience working on large, complex projects • Strong communication and ability to work effectively in a teamAbout NTT DATA ServicesNTT DATA Services is a global business and IT services provider specializing in digital, cloud and automation across a comprehensive portfolio of consulting, applications, infrastructure and business process services.
