Sea Level NC - Server Opening

High Tide Hospitality

Job Description

Now Hiring: Server | Sea Level NC

Uptown Charlotte, NC | Fresh. Local. Legendary.

Are you a hospitality pro who thrives in a high-energy environment? Sea Level NC is looking for charismatic, reliable servers to join our crew. Located in the heart of Uptown, we are a high-volume destination known for our signature 5th-generation NC oysters, craft cocktails, and authentic Southern hospitality.

If you have the hustle of a city server and the heart of a coastal host, we want to meet you.

The Role

Curate the Experience: Guide guests through our curated oyster programs and seasonal seafood menu with expert knowledge.
Master the Pace: Efficiently manage a fast-moving station in a high-volume setting without sacrificing the "personal touch."
Collaborate: Work in lockstep with our bar and kitchen teams to ensure every plate and pour is perfect.
Be the Expert: Become a storyteller for our local purveyors and sustainable fishing practices.

What You Bring

Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant (upscale casual or fine dining preferred).
Presence: A professional, outgoing personality with the ability to build instant rapport with guests.
Flexibility: Availability for evenings and weekends is essential.
Curiosity: A passion for seafood and spirits. If you don't know your Miyagis from your Beauforts yet, we’ll teach you—you just need the drive to learn.

The Perks

Strong Earnings: Competitive hourly base + high-volume tip potential.
Culture: A supportive, team-first environment where your hard work is recognized.
Growth: Real opportunities for professional development within our growing restaurant group.
Balance: Flexible scheduling and discounted meals.
Benefits: Health Insurance, Employee Discounts, Thanksgiving & Christmas off.
