What You'll DoLead Transportation OperationsDirect daily transportation operations to ensure on-time delivery, service reliability, and execution of operational goals.Manage inbound and outbound representative during regulatory reviews and inspections.Manage Strategic Supplier and Carrier RelationshipsDevelop and maintain strong partnerships with transportation providers, suppliers, and throughout the operation.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Transportation, Logistics, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.Experience leading transportation, logistics, supply chain, fleet operations, or distribution center operations.Experience managing salaried leaders and hourly associates in a fast-paced operational environment.Experience analyzing operational and financial metrics to drive business decisions.Experience managing safety, compliance, and regulatory requirements.Preferred QualificationsExperience leading large-scale transportation or fleet operations.Knowledge of DOT regulations, transportation compliance, fleet maintenance, and logistics network planning.Experience implementing continuous improvement or Lean methodologies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using transportation management systems and data visualization tools.Experience managing third-party transportation providers
