Requirements

• Current nursing license
• Relevant certifications
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the specialty
• Proficient in EMR systems
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with best practices
• Assess and document patient conditions and care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and their families on care and resources
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and standards
