Territory Manager – Aesthetic Medical Device Sales Los Angeles, CA (Covering Southern California & Arizona) Are you a competitive outside sales professional looking to break into one of the fastest-growing industries in medical sales? Our client is a global leader in aesthetic technology, helping physicians and aesthetic practices grow their businesses with innovative, industry-leading devices. They're looking for a driven Territory Manager to take over a high-potential Southern California and Arizona territory and build new business with a best-in-class product portfolio. If you're a true hunter who thrives on prospecting, building relationships, and closing new business, this could be an incredible opportunity to elevate your career while earning uncapped commissions. What You'll Do Build new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and relationship development. Call on med spas, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and other aesthetic practices. Conduct product demonstrations and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close. Travel throughout Southern California and Arizona ( approximately 60% travel, including overnight travel ). What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree required. 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience (3+ years preferred). Proven success in a hunter-style sales environment. Strong prospecting, cold calling, and new business development experience. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Competitive, self-motivated, and comfortable with frequent travel.
