PROJECT MANAGER — IAM Program Enhancement Services- Contract Position

ABOUT THE ROLE

Client is seeking a Project Manager to oversee an Identity Access Management (IAM) enhancement engagement, maturing the SailPoint Identity Security Cloud implementation through strategic improvements, automation, and continuous operational support.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead project coordination and management across all IAM workstreams

- Schedule and facilitate weekly check-ins and twice-quarterly planning sessions

- Manage Work Authorizations (WAs) and ensure timelines and deliverables are met

- Coordinate steering committee meetings with HR/Workday, SailPoint ISC, and ServiceNow teams

- Oversee knowledge transfer documentation and final deliverables

- Manage personnel changes via Personnel Change Order Request Forms

- Escalate issues to Client stakeholders per the problem escalation protocol

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Minimum 5 years of project management experience applying PM principles, methods, techniques, and tools

- At least 3 years in a lead capacity

- Bachelor's degree (additional experience may substitute year-for-year)

- Valid PMP certification from PMI (mandatory — cannot be substituted)
