• This role partners directly with the General Manager/Owner to support business operations, special projects, technology initiatives, compliance activities, and executive support functions across multiple store locations.
• Support the General Manager/Owner with day-to-day priorities and strategic initiatives.

What You'll Do:

• Manage vendor and contractor communications.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding support, training, and compliance activities.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and business communications.
• Support branding, social media, and community outreach initiatives.
• Represent leadership at meetings and events when needed.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of administrative, operations, project coordination, office management, or related experience.
