Position Overview Own the end-to-end production of Prophet models supporting valuation and capital reporting across EMEA. Maintain robust controls, deliver on reporting deadlines (US GAAP - LDTI & Solvency II), and drive continuous improvement while developing a high performing team and partnering effectively with stakeholders across the business. Responsibilities Leads the production of Prophet runs and delivers outputs for US GAAP - LDTI, Solvency II, and other local reporting; possesses exposure to IFRS 17 (a plus, not essential). Manages stakeholders effectively and communicates confidently with Finance, Risk, Pricing, Data/IT, Internal Audit, and external reviewers. Provides people leadership through team management, coaching, performance management, and succession planning. Applies excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and uses a structured approach to incident response and continuous improvement. Exhibits advanced oral and written communication skills and shares knowledge to build capability across teams. Adapts quickly to new methods and operates effectively under tight deadlines. Has the ability to challenge and enhance our analytical capabilities Sets clear goals and handles multiple tasks, clients, and projects simultaneously, balancing priorities, deadlines, and deliverables appropriately. Collaborates effectively within teams and contributes to department and cross-team projects. Balances detailed analysis with broader departmental goals and objectives. Liaises across a broad range of operational, functional, and technical disciplines to coordinate and deliver results. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Math, Finance, Actuarial Sciences, Statistics or related field 6+ years of actuarial experience in life insurance/reinsurance 3+ years post qualification experience (exceptional candidates with less may be considered). 5+ years of experience in actuarial modelling software such as Prophet and/or AXIS FSA required (life/annuity track or equivalent). Advanced written and verbal communication skills, whereby complex and technical information can be conveyed in a way that is meaningful by all stakeholders, including senior management Advanced interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders and disciplines across the company, including local offices, pricing, finance, treasury, valuation, investments, administration as well as external customers Effective project management skills Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment Strong service and result orientation and a drive to make a difference. Ability to operate at both strategic and detailed levels, anticipate future needs, be proactive and adjust to constant change Preferred Prophet Professional - Deterministic and stochastic runs; experience with ALS frameworks and scenario sets. Performance profiling, code optimization, and debugging. Automation & Tooling - Knowledge of Python, SQL, and Power Platform for data checks, orchestration, and CI/CD. Monitoring/BI dashboards for runtime and variance analytics. US GAAP - LDTI and US Statutory reserving knowledge.

Compensation Range: $114,750.00 - $175,450.00 Annual Base pay varies depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and market location. In addition, RGA provides an annual bonus plan that includes all roles and some positions are eligible for participation in our long-term equity incentive plan.
