This role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in building and scaling sales teams, developing long-term client relationships, and driving strategic initiatives in the healthcare and RCM industry. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives. Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals. Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners. Collaborate with executive leadership to define sales goals, market positioning, and go-to-market strategies. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, expanding our footprint in the healthcare and RCM sectors. Monitor sales performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements. Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 10+ years progressive sales leadership experience, preferably in healthcare/RCM or SaaS. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets. Strong understanding of RCM services, healthcare operations, and industry trends. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Experience scaling sales teams and managing complex sales cycles. Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
