Job Description

We are seeking a dependable full-time HVAC Lead Installer to manage residential and light commercial installations, including furnaces, air conditioners, ductless units, boilers, and rooftops. This role involves overseeing small teams of 1-3 workers and ensuring installations meet quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate must hold an EPA refrigerant license and maintain a good driving record, with occasional local travel involved.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise small installation teams (1-3 workers)
Install HVAC equipment including furnaces, air conditioners, ductless units, boilers, and rooftops
Ensure quality assurance and safety compliance on all jobs
Interact professionally with customers to address questions and concerns
Maintain a good driving record while traveling to job sites locally

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of experience in HVAC installation
EPA Refrigerant License and expertise in refrigerant handling
Proficiency in HVAC installation and blueprint reading
Strong customer service and leadership skills
Effective time management and safety compliance
