We are hiring for a   Senior Solutions Owner, Retail Applications Engineering  to join our growing team!

Job Description

The Senior Solutions Owner leads delivery and coordination for critical store and platform transformation initiatives. Owns execution across multiple systems and teams while balancing near-term delivery commitments with long-term architectural goals.

What Would You Do? The Specifics.

• Drives alignment across product, engineering, design, and business stakeholders.

• Manages timelines, dependencies, and risk across workstreams.

• Partners with Business Analyst to ensure requirements are clear and sequenced appropriately.

• Clearly presents trade-offs and risks, ensuring governance is in place to prevent duplicate or throw-away work.

• Ensures the project's technical documents (requirements, architecture, functional specifications, technical specifications, testing plans, training, etc.) are thorough, signed off on by the stakeholders, and maintained throughout the project.

Qualifications

Education

• Four year college degree or equivalent experience.
• Business Administration, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Software Engineering (Required)

Work Experience

• 7+ years Project or Program Management for enterprise platforms (Required)
• 2-4 years Delivers complex, cross-team initiatives, balancing delivery speed with long-term direction (Required)

Additional Skills - Includes Computer/Software Skills

• Executive communication and decision-support skills (Required)\
• Executive facilitation; backlog refinement, estimation, and planning techniques (Required)
• Familiarity with SDLC, DevOps pipelines, and QA for automation and quality (Required)
• Azure DevOps/Jira (or comparable), Confluence, agile reporting dashboards (Required)
• Experience managing delivery in API‑driven or headless architectures, including coordinating dependencies between front‑end experiences and backend services (Preferred)
• Retail, store systems, or omnichannel experience (Preferred)
• Experience operating in regulated environments (PCI, HIPAA) (Preferred)

Licenses, Certifications, Professional Affiliations

• Agile certifications such as CSM, PSM, SAFe, or PMI-ACP. (Preferred)
• PMP or comparable project/program management certification. (Preferred)
• Product management, DevOps, cloud, SRE/observability, release management, secure SDLC, accessibility, PCI, privacy, or HIPAA training. (Preferred)
