Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Loan Officer Assistant at Direct Finance. The role involves responsibilities such as assisting the loan officer in a variety of tasks such as prospecting new leads on a regular basis, collecting necessary documents, and following up with clients. The Loan Officer Assistant will also be responsible for communicating with clients, processors, real estate professionals, and other parties involved in the loan application process.

Qualifications

• Sales skills and mortgage industry knowledge
• Customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Experience in processing or underwriting is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment while paying close attention to detail and managing priorities
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and other mortgage LOS
• High school diploma, Bachelor's degree in finance or related field preferred

Having a Mortgage License or related certification would be beneficial for this role.
