What You’ll Do
As a Residential & Commercial Roofer at Maumee River Roofing, you’ll work as part of a skilled team installing and repairing roofing systems on a variety of job sites.
Responsibilities Include:
- Tear-off, installation, and repair of residential and commercial roofing systems
- Residential: asphalt shingles, accessories, flashing
- Commercial: TPO, EPDM, PVC, metal, and related systems
- Proper installation of underlayment, flashing, vents, and edge metal
- Safe use of hand and power tools
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
- Follow instructions from crew leaders, foremen, and supervisors
- Work efficiently to meet production schedules while maintaining quality standards
What We’re Looking For
- Roofing experience preferred (residential, commercial, or both)
- Willingness to learn multiple roofing systems if experience is limited
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift materials
