Job Title: Powder Coat Painter Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Powder Coat Painter to join our team at an advanced facility with an automatic powder coat paint booth operating across three shifts. This role requires precision and attention to detail, with responsibilities including touch-up painting on parts that require additional coverage. The position involves rotating through various duties such as racking, prepping for the next job, teardown, and setup.

• Perform touch-up painting on parts as needed to ensure complete coverage.
• Rotate through tasks including racking, prepping, teardown, and setup.
• Operate and maintain the automatic powder coat paint booth effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize and schedule work to meet delivery dates.
• Minimize color turnovers and ensure efficient workflow.

• 1+ year of powder coat painting with a gun.
• Experience in painting, powder coating, and paint prep.
• Ability to setup and changeover paint booth.
• Experience with racking and handling components.

• Experience with an automatic paint line.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage schedules effectively.

Our facility is extremely clean and well-lit, providing a comfortable and efficient work environment. The team operates autonomously, prioritizing and dividing work to meet production deadlines. The 2nd shift runs from 1pm to 9pm, and the 3rd shift from 9pm to 5am starting Sunday at 9pm. The company culture fosters teamwork and innovation, with a focus on minimizing color turnovers and ensuring seamless shift transitions.

This is a Permanent position based out of Neenah, WI.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Neenah,WI.
