To drive global marketing efforts, the full-time Marketing Associate (Campaigns & Growth) will manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across various channels, focusing on lead generation and student enrolment while working remotely in Southeast Asia. Key responsibilities Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and webinars Manage social media channels and develop content to enhance engagement and lead conversion Support product marketing strategies and go-to-market plans for new programs and updates Required qualifications 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or campaign management Proven experience in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns Strong copywriting skills tailored for diverse audiences Experience with email marketing, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools Ability to interpret marketing data and make data-informed recommendations for improvement
