Garage Mechanic Full Time Service Worker Little Rock, AR, US 3 days ago Requisition ID: 12508 GARAGE DIESAL MECHANIC The GarageDieselMechanicshallberesponsible for,butnotlimitedto,the following: Servicing and repairing diesel tractors, trailers, and refrigeration units. Will be doing a full line of service work on the above-mentioned equipment. Troubleshoot problems as reported. Conduct state approved inspections of equipment. Overhaul diesel engines. Test drive tractor-trailer units and trucks to ensure repair work is correct. Follow blueprint, wiring diagrams, and service manuals. Complete written work reports. Adhere to all safety programs and laws. Willing to be trained in various mechanical skills and subject manners. Required Technical Skills: Basicmechanicalknowledge. Weldingandsolderingskills. Electrical-basicskillstroubleshootingelectricalproblemsandreadingwiring diagrams. DieselRepair-basicworkingknowledgeand/orexperienceofdieselenginerepairandoverhaul. Required Soft Skills: Mustbeabletofollowbothverbalandwritteninstructions. Coachableandwillingto learn. Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskills. Abilitytoworkwithoutdirectsupervision.
