Speech Language Pathologist Supervisor - $2,500 Sign-On Bonus! Now offering a $2,500 sign-on bonus! $1,250 paid upon hire $1,250 paid after 6 months of employment The Contract Speech Supervisor manages services in BHSC's contract sites to ensure quality, excellence in staff training, productivity monitoring, and paperwork/policy compliance. Essential Functions Collaborates with program directors, supervisors, and contract administrators to achieve the highest level of customer service by optimizing work efficiency and effectiveness of supervised staff, as well as ensuring appropriate staffing, scheduling and coverage. Works with other departments within BHSC to implement/change procedures, meet customer needs and collaborate. Monitors accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of paperwork according to standards required depending on location and conducts regular audits of paperwork to ensure quality. Updates contract policy and procedures as indicated and ensures policies and procedures are followed by staff. Supervises CFYs appropriately, or assists others who are supervising CFYs, ensuring legal guidelines and agency policies are precisely followed. Trains and mentors all staff on ongoing basis clinically and procedurally. Interviews and hires clinicians as needed. Any other duty as requested by your supervisor.
