Position Summary As an Auto Service Writer, you craft exceptional customer experiences, coordinating service orders, parts, and communication with our skilled technicians to ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities Welcome customers and listen to vehicle concerns. Translate customer needs into detailed service orders. Coordinate with technicians and order parts promptly. Handle phone inquiries and resolve customer concerns. Maintain positive customer interactions throughout the day. Qualifications 5+ years of experience as an Auto Service Writer. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Clean criminal record. Compensation Competitive pay ranging from $15 to $35 per hour , based on experience.
