Your Future Role At A GlanceLocation: Pensacola, FLFacility: Ascension Sacred Heart Medical Group MilestoneDepartment: Multi ProviderSchedule: Day shift | Full-timeHow You'll Make An Impact In This RoleGreet patients and visitors, manage the check-in and check-out process.Verify and input patient demographic data, and manage obtaining and verifying insurance authorizations and referrals.Efficiently handle medical record release requests and coordinate the scheduling and confirmation of patient appointments.Submit daily charges for procedures, and manage the collection of co-payments, including the daily reconciliation of reports and deposits.Provide flexible and reliable general administrative and clerical support to various functions within the assigned area.What Minimum Requirements You'll NeedLicensure / Certification / Registration:BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
