Position Summary

As a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Med/Surg unit, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. This position is perfect for someone with at least one year of nursing experience and intermediate English skills, who is ready to contribute to a collaborative and supportive healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a medical/surgical setting, ensuring safety and comfort at all times.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information and care provided.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ethical practice in all interactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Med/Surg or similar healthcare setting.
• Intermediate proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
