We have multiple openings across various shifts, providing you with flexibility in your work schedule.ResponsibilitiesOperate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently to move materials, products, and pallets throughout the warehouse.Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers.Receive, inspect, sort, and store incoming shipments.Pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment.Verify inventory quantities and product information using warehouse management systems and shipping documents.Conduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.Essential SkillsForklift operation, including sit-down and stand-up forklifts.Forklift certification or ability to become certified upon hire.Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience.Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.Basic math, reading, and communication skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsCurrent forklift certification or ability to become certified upon hire.Experience operating a sit-down forklift in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment.2+ years of sit-down forklift experience.Experience with RF scanners, barcode systems, or warehouse management software (WMS).Why Work Here?This is a great company offering a contract-to-hire opportunity after 90 days, along with a comprehensive benefits package. Expect temperatures between 80-90 degrees during summer months, with more comfortable conditions outside of summer. You will be standing and moving around throughout the day, with a designated workstation for which you will be responsible. We offer shifts on 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and weekend schedules to suit your availability.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Woodway, TX.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.05 - $20.55/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
