We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Unit Manager to join our team and help us uphold our commitment to excellence in resident care.As the Unit Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the nursing unit and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents. You will be responsible for managing nursing staff, coordinating resident care, and maintaining regulatory compliance.Responsibilities:Supervise nursing staff and oversee day-to-day operations of the nursing unit.Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.Monitor resident health status and coordinate medical care as needed.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards of nursing practice.Conduct regular rounds to assess resident needs and provide support to nursing staff.Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.Serve as a resource for staff, residents, and families regarding clinical issues and nursing best practices.Qualifications:Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania.Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a nursing leadership role.Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in geriatric nursing care.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
