Feel free to enrich both your personal and work life and hop on board!Why you'll love this job​This job is a member of the Finance Team within the Finance Division.​Responsible for managing financial reporting and forecasting for assigned division(s).What you'll do​Performance of analysis and due diligence on expense projects, culminating in the presentation of such analysis and recommendation to senior managementResponsible for developing and manageing the operating forecast and budget process, including in-depth cause and effect analysis on such forecastsFrequent contact and coordination with individuals from a wide variety of departmentsPerformance of varioys internal and external ad-hoc analyses, akin to internal consultingAll you'll need for successMinimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job ExperienceBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or similarly related field5 years of experience in FinancePreferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job ExperienceMBA with a concentration in Finance or equivalent experience/trainingExperience with financial modeling and analysisExperience in a leadership roleExperience with budget tracking, variance reporting, and cost analysis Skills, Licenses & Certifications​Self-starter with strong leadership skillsProven financial and analytical skills, including ability to logically structure analysis of complex issues and develop creative solutionsSkilled in Microsoft Office software to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc., strong skills in ExcelSkilled in analyticsWhat you'll getFeel free to take advantage of all that American Airlines has to offer: Travel Perks: Ready to explore the world?
