Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a 1st Shift Inspector.
1st Shift Inspector Job Details
Schedule : 1st Shift (Must be available to work mandatory overtime, including longer shifts and weekends)
Pay Rate : $16.00/hour
Location : Dayton, OH
1st Shift Inspector Requirements/Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
  
• Reliable transportation required (no rideshare)
  
• Valid driver's license with fewer than 6 points required
  
• Ability to lift 50-70 lbs.
  
• Ability to work mandatory overtime, including longer shifts and weekends
  
• Must arrive 15 minutes early on the first day
  
• Background check required (no felonies within the past 7 years)
  
• Strong attention to detail
  

About the 1st Shift Inspector Role
As a 1st Shift Inspector, your responsibilities will include:

• Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
  
• Identify defects and report quality concerns
  
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 70 lbs.
  
• Follow inspection procedures and quality standards
  
• Maintain accurate inspection records as required
  
• Keep the work area clean and organized
  
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
  
• Work overtime as needed to meet production demands
  
• Assist with additional duties as assigned
