You support planning-ahead families as a remote, quota-carrying pre-need funeral director. You manage 1,000+ monthly leads with fast, compassionate follow-up. What You'll Do: Run consultations, enroll prepaid plans, and complete contracts and funding setup. Track leads in HubSpot and follow structured sales and coaching processes. What You'll Need: Funeral director license, mortuary certificate, and arrangement experience. Comfort with CRM, dialer, video calls, and shared docs; reliable quiet space for shifts.
