You will manage the territory, building a positive environment for our client’s products at retail. You will be responsible for merchandising, interactive display installations/maintenance, and product education. The Market Manager will be an integral part of the customer experience by leveraging your unmatched technical and merchandising expertise to ensure the client’s products are well represented at point-of-sale. Enhance the customers' experience by installing and maintaining the latest interactive displays and merchandising elements. Troubleshoot advanced technical and operational issues using critical thinking, tools, and techniques. Build and maintain strong working relationships with store associates and management . Visit all stores within your market on a designated frequency. Maintain the overall presence and appearance of products and marketing materials at assigned retail locations. Be the owner of the merchandising standards of all products and displays in your territory. Place orders for replacement parts and/or displays and support the service to restore operational compliance. Delivering comprehensive training to retail partners to enhance their skills and product knowledge. Actively participate in assisted selling and demo events to promote brand awareness, interact with and guide customers, and drive sales growth. Support the client as needed at local and regional events with expert product knowledge and professional demonstration skills. Ability to work Monday-Friday, with flexibility to work Saturday and/or Sunday for special promotions or demo events, client events, and assisted selling events. Be in your market up to 100% of the time and be available to travel to special client events. How will you succeed? You will be in your market up to 100% of the time and be available to travel to special client events. Experience and Qualifications: Successful track record in retail, retail operations, merchandising, sales and/or field marketing, brand-to-consumer services Ability to travel overnight/weekends and support client projects and events. Experience in influencing shelf and display decisions Comfortable using tools, following detailed technical instructions, and applying troubleshooting protocols Familiarity with gaming systems and interest in interactive entertainment products Ability to cover associated travel expenses, with prior experience in expense reimbursement preferred. Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, and climb with the ability to regularly lift up to 30 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs. without assistance. Reliable transportation is required to travel throughout the assigned territory. Must be willing to receive and transport necessary materials as part of the role.
