In this role, you will perform specific accounting duties related to invoice processing. Responsibilities: Process invoices through data entry into payables systems, including verification of appropriate account segments and delegation of authority. Assist with account and statement reconciliations for vendors as needed. Performs three-way match verifying bill of lading, purchase order and invoices all match. Performs accounts receivable functions, including invoice billing and recognition of income as needed. Performs collection of outstanding balances from vendors as they age. Perform other duties as assigned. Actual pay may vary based on Casey's assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent. Basic knowledge of accounting theory. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Strong time management skills with the ability to maintain discipline when performing routine tasks.
