Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Superintendent in overseeing daily construction activities on site
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and labor teams to ensure project milestones are met
• Monitor safety protocols and enforce compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
• Review project plans, specifications, and schedules to ensure accuracy and timely execution
• Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers
• Track project progress, prepare reports, and document site activities
• Assist in resolving on-site issues promptly to minimize delays
• Support quality control measures to ensure work meets company and industry standards
• Managing job in ProCore and other job related software

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in commercial construction, preferably in a supervisory or assistant supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and building codes
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
• Effective communication and leadership abilities
• Proficiency with construction management software and MS Office Suite
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or relevant certifications preferred
