Email Marketing Coordinator

Detail-oriented and organized, the full-time remote Email Marketing Coordinator will manage the execution of email campaigns, collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts, and oversee database management to enhance deliverability. Key Responsibilities: Own the daily setup, scheduling, optimization, and deployment of all email marketing campaigns Collaborate with the sales team to develop cohesive email cadences that align marketing efforts with sales outreach Track and analyze key email metrics to provide actionable insights for continuous campaign improvement Required Qualifications: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, specifically focused on email marketing Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field Experience utilizing major ESP platforms such as Mailchimp, Campaigner, or Klaviyo Basic understanding of HTML and CSS for email layouts Strong proofreading skills and the ability to write engaging subject lines and clear calls-to-action (CTAs)
