Dr, Bradley Smith & The Dream Sleep Center is looking for a meticulous, reliable, and detail-oriented individual to maintain our clinical space and patient sleep suites. Because we provide overnight diagnostic services, the cleanliness and "hotel-like" comfort of our sleep rooms are critical to our patient experience and clinical success.

• Stable Schedule: No weekends and no on-call requirements.
• Professional Environment: Work in a high-end medical specialty clinic.
• Impact: You play a direct role in patient health by ensuring a sterile and welcoming environment.

• Sanitization: Deep clean and sanitize patient sleep rooms daily following overnight studies.
• Linen Management: Strip and remake beds with fresh linens to hospitality standards; manage onsite laundry or coordinate with linen services.
• Patient Comfort: Ensure all patient-facing areas (including private bathrooms) are spotless and stocked with necessary amenities.

• Infection Control: Sweep, scrub, mop, and disinfect all clinical areas, including exam rooms and testing areas.
• Waste Management: Empty medical and standard trash receptacles, disposing of waste according to biohazard protocols where applicable.
• Common Areas: Maintain the lobby, breakroom, and staff offices to ensure a professional appearance for morning arrivals.

• Deep Cleaning: Shampoo carpets, rugs, and upholstery on a scheduled basis.
• Inventory: Monitor cleaning supplies and report when stock is low to ensure no interruptions in service.

• Attention to Detail: A "perfectionist" mindset—you notice the dust others miss.
• Reliability: You are the foundation of our morning operations; punctuality is a must.
• Discretion: Ability to work in a medical environment while maintaining patient privacy.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift laundry bags and move cleaning equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Shampoo carpets, rugs and upholstery as needed
• Empty trash receptacles
• Maintain health and sanitary requirement
• sweep, scrub, mop and polish floors
• vacuum clean carpets, rugs and draperies
• dust and polish furniture and fittings
• clean metal fixtures and fittings
• dispose of trash in a sanitary manner
• clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs and showers
• wipe down glass surfaces
• make up beds and change linens
• wash windows as scheduled
• sort, wash, load and unload laundry
• sort, fold and put away clean laundry
• operate mechanized cleaning equipment
• maintain all cleaning equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition
• monitor and report necessary domestic repairs and replacements
