About the work

• Operate, set up, and fine‑tune CNC machines to meet production specs
• Stage and load raw materials; monitor cycle progress and tool wear
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and job travelers
• Verify dimensions and finish using precision tools like calipers and micrometers
• Adjust offsets and parameters to hold tight tolerances and quality
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; handle other related duties as needed

You bring

• High school diploma or GED
• Attention to detail and a strong safety focus
• Dependable and punctual work habits
• Previous CNC machining experience
• Experience with CNC mills, lathes, or machining centers preferred
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Competence with measuring devices (calipers, micrometers)
• Bonus: CNC setup, programming, or G‑code knowledge
• Capability to bend, lift, twist, crouch, and perform physical shop tasks
