Position Summary Clinician – The Solutions Center is a 24/7 crisis facility serving individuals that come into contact with first responders. The clinician provides direct mental health clinical assessments and treatment to individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis and works with others in a clinical team environment to help individuals move toward recovery. Schedule: Part‑time, every Saturday & Sunday 7:00 PM–7:30 AM (overnight). Location: 2929 W 10th Ave, Denver, Colorado. Compensation & Benefits Masters $31.25/hr LCSW/LPC/LMFT $37.59/hr Language Differential $1–$2.50/hr Overnight $3.00/hr The posted range represents the full hiring range. Offers will not exceed this range; the majority of candidates are placed near the midpoint based on experience and qualifications. Job Duties & Functions Provide psychological evaluations, problem identification, crisis interventions, and individual, group, and/or family therapy to assigned clients. Provide case management services to clients as needed or assigned. Develop treatment plans; monitor treatment progress and follow up at disposition times. Assist clients with psychological development, social development, and rehabilitation. Coordinate client use of other WellPower programs and outside community resources. Coordinate medication/medicinal needs of clients with psychiatrists, nurses, and other medical sources. Maintain accurate and timely clinical records consistent with WellPower standards. Maintain a positive and inclusive environment for both staff and clients. Participate in team/department meetings, in‑services, and supervisory sessions as required. Perform 27–65 (M-1) "mental health hold" evaluations. Perform other duties as assigned. Maintain a trauma‑informed environment of wellbeing. Requirements & Qualifications Education : Master’s Degree in social work, psychology, or similar field. Current license as a LCSW/LPC/LMFT in the state of Colorado is preferred. Experience : Three years of experience in clinical social work is preferred but not required. Experience working with moderate to severe and persistently mentally ill populations. Tuberculosis (TB) screening, testing : Required and must be completed prior to hire (preplacement) and maintained during employment. Physical Requirements : This largely sedentary role requires frequent computer use, effective communication, manual dexterity for typing, and visual acuity for reading and analyzing on‑screen data.
