As a CNA Certified Nurse Aide on our Baylor Program, you will provide exceptional care to residents in a dynamic, supportive environment. About the Role As a CNA Certified Nurse Aide on our Baylor Program, you will be responsible for providing high‑quality care to residents, including administering medications, assisting with daily living activities, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. You will also work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet each resident’s unique needs. The Baylor Program offers increased rates for CNA staff. Responsibilities Provide resident‑centered care, ensuring the highest level of well‑being and satisfaction. Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Maintain accurate and complete records of resident care progress. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure a coordinated approach to resident care.
