Our continued growth has created an opportunity for an experienced Termite Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on position focused on termite treatments, wood repairs, and delivering outstanding workmanship—not sales.

Compensation

• $24.00-$28.00 per hour , based on experience
• Monday-Friday work schedule
• Company take-home vehicle
• Your workday begins when you turn the key in your company vehicle
• Medical insurance with approximately 50% of the employee premium paid by the company

What You'll Do

• Perform localized termite treatments in accordance with company standards and California regulations.
• Complete structural and non-structural termite repairs.
• Replace damaged wood including fascia, rafter tails, trim, siding, posts, beams, headers, fencing, patio covers, decks, and other wood components.
• Read work orders and repair diagrams to complete assigned work accurately.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and company equipment.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Communicate professionally with customers while on-site.
• Complete service documentation accurately.
• Work closely with inspectors, fellow technicians, and office staff to deliver exceptional customer service.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Current California Structural Pest Control Applicator Certification (qualified to perform general pest and termite treatments)
• Experience performing termite treatments and/or termite repairs
• Strong carpentry and wood repair skills
• Experience using hand tools and power tools safely
• Valid California Driver License with an acceptable driving record
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Structural wood repair experience
• PestPac experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
