Schedule/Expected work hours: 68-hour shifts, Required 1 weekend shift, Days and evening shifts available, Weekends, evenings, and holidays are required.

Job Summary

The essential duties and responsibilities of the Lead Sales Consultant position are designed to assist leadership in exceptional guest service and memberships sales.

Responsibilities

Plan and implement Front Desk Sales Associate training; in-the-moment coaching, role-playing, and training are essential for the success of the Front Desk Team. Stay updated on all services, products, and promotions, and be diligent in setting an example for your team. Collaborate with the leadership team to set individual team member and overall Retreat goals; create plans and convert plans into action to meet and exceed goals. Lead by example, demonstrating the ability to achieve personal as well as team goals.

Qualifications

At least 1-year face-to-face sales or membership sales. At least 1-year experience in training, coaching, and conflict resolution. Capacity to develop positive relationships with employees to manage coaching/mentoring with discipline. Demonstrate a working knowledge of computers and standard software. Basic business math skills. Must be able to work varied hours to include weekends, evenings, holidays, etc.
