Job Title: Medical Director – Primary Care Physician
Location: Coos Bay, OR
Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Primary Care Physician to serve as Medical Director for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Coos Bay, Oregon. This role includes providing direct patient care while overseeing clinical quality, regulatory compliance, and medical leadership within the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide primary care services to SNF residents
• Serve as Medical Director in compliance with federal and state regulations
• Oversee clinical quality, patient safety, and infection control programs
• Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary care teams
• Participate in care planning, policy development, and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active Oregon medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Prior SNF or long-term care experience preferred
• Medical Director or leadership experience a plus
