Administrative Support Specialist - Donations

Position Features Flexible Work Environment Growth To Permanent Role Stable Weekday Schedule We are hiring a detail-oriented Donation & Administrative Support Specialist to support vehicle donation operations in a small, team-driven office. This role manages the full lifecycle of vehicle donations, including donor communication, scheduling pickups, processing documentation, and supporting sales activities. Ideal candidates are organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment requiring high accuracy. Responsibilities Handle calls/emails and assist donors through the process Coordinate vehicle pickups with vendors and partners Process DMV paperwork (titles, Reg 262, Release of Liability) Track donations from intake through sale Support vehicle sale days and office operations Handle cash transactions and basic reporting Qualifications 2+ years admin or customer service experience Excellent phone/email communication skills Microsoft Word & Excel proficiency required DMV paperwork experience preferred Comfortable multitasking and working independently If you’re looking for a stable, hands‑on role where organization and accuracy matter, apply today.
