Job Description
We are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our client's team for an 18-month temporary assignment supporting a major ERP system conversion. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in supply chain, procurement, or inventory management who enjoys working in a collaborative manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Support purchasing, procurement, and inventory management activities.
- Maintain inventory of raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and trade goods.
- Process purchase orders and inventory-related invoices.
- Enter and maintain accurate data within the ERP system.
- Coordinate import/export documentation and customs paperwork.
- Perform inventory cycle counts and assist with annual physical inventory.
- Prepare reports and maintain supply chain documentation.
- Partner with Production, Quality, Finance, Inside Sales, and other departments to support daily operations.
- Assist with ERP conversion activities and process improvement initiatives.
- Perform additional supply chain and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory Management, or a related field.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Experience using an ERP system is required.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player.
- ASCM certification and knowledge of the lubricants industry are a plus.
