Qualifications:

• Current VA Paraprofessional or RBT License preferred
• Demonstrated experience in Special Education classroom settings required
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credentials strongly encouraged
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with students and multidisciplinary teams
• Passion for supporting student growth and development across K–12 age groups

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of Behavior Analysts and Special Education staff
• Provide direct support to students in meeting educational and behavioral goals
• Assist classroom teachers in adapting materials and instruction for individual student needs
• Monitor, record, and report student progress to relevant stakeholders
• Support safe, positive learning environments for all participants
