Day shift, 5x8 hours (07:30 - 16:00). Every third Saturday required.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing rehabilitation services to patients with various diagnoses, including strong spine and neuro conditions. Experience in comprehensive memory care is also required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress.
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physical therapy and nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using electronic health records, preferably Epic.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of Occupational Therapy experience required; first-time travelers accepted.
• Valid state Occupational Therapy license.
• NBCOT certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• Ability to work every third Saturday.
• Experience in acute care and adaptive equipment is preferred.
