Sales ManagerWe're hiring a Sales Manager to lead our sales team, set and monitor performance goals, and drive strategies that increase revenue and market share. This role is responsible for team development, analyzing sales metrics, and aligning sales efforts with overall company objectives.Key Responsibilities:Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet or exceed targetsDevelop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue and customer baseAnalyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisionsSet KPIs and regularly review team performanceRecruit, onboard, and train new sales staffCollaborate with marketing and leadership to align efforts and messagingPrepare sales reports and forecasts for executive leadershipQualifications:3–5+ years of sales management experienceProven ability to meet revenue goals and manage a high-performing teamStrong communication, coaching, and leadership skillsAnalytical mindset with experience using CRM and sales reporting toolsExperience in B2B, staffing, logistics, or manufacturing industries a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferredAverage Pay Rate: $45 – $55 / Hour
