Description

Construction Superintendent

Over the last 63 years, United Built Homes has constructed more than 40,000 quality custom homes throughout Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma and Texas. We are currently seeking a Construction Superintendent to join our growing team in West Monroe, LA.

Responsibilities:

New Home Construction: Building high-quality homes on time, on budget, safely and with high customer service and satisfaction.
Warranty: Supervising service for completed home projects.

Qualifications

Education: Construction Management degree or comparable professional training and experience
Qualifications: High management, organization, communication, technical and supervision skills with attention to detail
Work History: 3+ years of experience working on residential construction projects, along with 2+ years of project management experience
