We are currently looking for a motivated and friendly Licensed Producer to join our growing team at a Farmers Agency for an in-office preferably full-time position for a sales/customer service position. Ideal candidate will be punctual, responsible, organized, polite and caring towards the clients needs and enjoy working with customers. We provide a supportive friendly environment, where team work is encouraged. We are looking for someone who brings a positive energy to the office every morning and who genuinely cares about making a difference in the lives of our clients. Base hourly rate based on experience plus opportunity to earn more based on commission. P&C license required. Life license is a plus.

Responsibilities

Build personalized insurance solutions that address the specific protection needs of our local clients.

Guide prospective customers through the quoting process for auto, home, and life insurance policies.

Cross sell to existing clients and be willing to work leads to bring in more sales and customer.

Review existing client accounts to ensure they have the right coverage as their lives and assets change.

Maintain accurate client records in our management system to ensure smooth policy renewals and claims processing.

Contribute to a positive, collaborative office atmosphere where every team member is encouraged to succeed.

Requirements

California Property & Casualty insurance license.

California Life & Health insurance license not required by is a plus.

Previous experience working in an insurance agency or customer service capacity.

Strong comfort level with computers and navigating multiple insurance quoting platforms.

Demonstrated ability to explain complex policy details in plain language.

Reliable transportation for daily work in Woodland Hills.
