Med Surg RN – Registered Nurse

Schedule: Shift: 0700-1930

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36-48 hours per week

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in a medical-surgical setting.
• Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.
• Document patient interactions and care provided accurately in medical records.
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment.
