We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Enrollment Agent to assist customers with selecting and enrolling in insurance plans. This position will involve a combination of inbound and outbound phone calls, answering customer questions, explaining available coverage options, and guiding customers through the enrollment process.

Insurance Enrollment Agent Details:

• Temporary position
• $19.00 to $21.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

- Make and receive phone calls to assist customers with insurance enrollment.

- Educate customers on available insurance plans, coverage options, and benefits.

- Ask questions to understand customers’ needs and help identify appropriate plan options.

- Accurately complete customer enrollment applications and required documentation.

- Follow up with customers as needed throughout the enrollment process.

- Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions.

- Meet established call, enrollment, quality, and customer service goals.

Insurance Enrollment Agent Qualifications:

- Must be licensed for Life and Health insurance

- Experience with open enrollment and Obama Care strongly preferred

- P&C (property and casualty) experience preferred

- Experience using Health Sherpa or similar systems is a plus

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Professional and friendly phone presence. - Strong customer service and active listening skills.

- Comfortable making and receiving a high volume of phone calls.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to explain information clearly and professionally.

- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems.

- Previous insurance, call center, sales, or customer service experience required.
