Manager Trainee – Convenience Store Chain Triangle Stop Location: Anderson/Piedmont, SC Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We’re looking for a driven and dependable Manager Trainee to join our team and learn the ins and outs of running a successful convenience store. This is a hands‑on role designed to prepare you for future leadership, with training in operations, customer service, inventory, and team management. What You’ll Learn & Do As a Manager Trainee, you’ll work closely with Store Managers, Assistant Managers, and District Leaders to gain the skills needed to eventually manage your own store. Key Responsibilities Learn daily store operations including opening/closing procedures Assist with supervising staff and maintaining shift schedules Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues professionally Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and vendor check‑ins Ensure compliance with health, safety, and ABC regulations Handle cash, deposits, and POS system operations Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards Participate in training programs What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED required Previous retail or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and leadership potential Willingness to learn and take initiative Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks Commitment to growing into a management role Perks & Benefits Competitive starting pay (starting at $1072.50/week) Health, dental, vision, short term disability, and life insurance Paid time off and 401(k) with company match Career advancement opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
