Primary ResponsibilitiesAs the IT Tech Lead II – Web, you will provide both technical and people leadership for Sub-Zero Group's web team and digital platforms. You will be responsible for managing, mentoring, and developing a team of developers and analysts while serving as the technical expert for the technologies that power our web experiences. This role will drive solution architecture, establish technical standards, oversee platform health and delivery execution, and partner with business and technology stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and innovative digital solutions. QualificationsEDUCATIONBachelors or better in Software Engineering or related fieldBachelors or better in Computer Science or related fieldEXPERIENCEExperience managing relationships with external vendors, implementation partners, and technology providers. Strong background in web application architecture, system integrations, security, scalability, and performance optimization. Experience serving as a technical lead or architect for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and related digital experience platforms. Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across business and technology organizations.
